PunyaPeran was founded in 2021 as a research and technology think tank, the kind that doesn't stop at writing reports. We started with research and community empowerment programs, working directly with SMEs in Yogyakarta and Kulon Progo, and learning to diagnose real problems in the field before offering any solution.
That diagnostic ability is now our core service: helping businesses find the core problem behind their growth and operations, then building the solution, much like a consultant, except we don't stop at a recommendation. We help build, run, and monitor the solution until it actually works. Observe is how we get to that core problem: directly observing high-risk industrial warehouse operations through camera and AI. From there, real solutions are born, the ones we now offer to other businesses.
